ICCOPT 2025 Registration is now open until July 1, 2025

The 8th International Conference on Continuous Optimization is scheduled to be held on the campus of the University of Southern California in beautiful Los Angeles, California. It is the flagship conference of the Mathematical Optimization Society in the area of continuous optimization. Information on speakers and schedules will continue to be posted on this website in the coming months. The program will consist of a Summer School on July 19 & 20, and the conference July 21-24, 2025.  Both will be held on USC’s downtown Los Angeles campus.

 
The Opening Mixer will be held across the street from USC at the California Science Center on Sunday, July 20th, 2025. The conference will have over 650 Plenary, semi-plenary and parallel speakers from many nations. ICCOPT is held every three years.

USC is one of the world’s leading educational institutions and is located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Attendees will enjoy the Los Angeles area, one of the world's premier travel destinations including: beautiful beaches, award winning food, amusement parks, entertainment, sports, and shopping.

Non-Student Conference Registration - $750
Student Conference Registration - $375

 

Late Registration - May 16 - June 15, 2025

Banquet Ticket - $125 (Space is limited and will sell out)


Guest Mixer Ticket - $75  (Opening mixer ticket is included in the conference registration for the conference attendees.)

USC Dorms are $80 per night (Space is limited and will sell out)

 
FOR SUMMER SCHOOL ATTENDEES ONLY: USC dorms are available for up to 7 nights for students attending the ICCOPT Summer School and the ICCOPT Conference.


FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES: USC dorms are available for up to 5 nights for a limited number of ICCOPT Conference Attendees. This will sell out. Make your reservations early.

USC dorms include an air-conditioned single occupancy room in a shared suite with a shared bathroom. Bedding and pillows are also included. Space is limited, reservations will sell out. Dorm assignments will be made to Cardinal Gardens & Century Apts.
Requests to specific dorms cannot be accommodated.


All dorms must be vacated with check out and key drop off before noon on Friday, July 25, 2025. Check out after 12:00pm on July 25, 2025, or messy or damaged rooms could incur financial responsibility. Check-in and check-out procedures will be emailed to you closer to the conference.

Opening Mixer will be held at the California Science Center, on Sunday, 7/20/25 from 6:30-8:30 PM.
The opening mixer is free to all registered conference attendees. 

Conference ID Badges or guest mixer tickets will be checked at the door of the Opening Mixer.
Please plan your travel accordingly to pick up your conference ID badge at Early Check In.

Conference Banquet (separate ticket purchase required) will be held at USC in the Town & Gown Ballroom.
The banquet will be on Wednesday evening, July 23, 2025, from 6:30-8:30 PM

 

Conference Meals included with ticket: 4 lunches, coffee & snacks Monday through Thursday. 

Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

 

Summer School Meals included with Summer School ticket: Friday dorm dinner, Saturday dorm breakfast, Classroom lunches Saturday and Sunday, and Sunday dorm breakfast. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

 

On campus parking is $20 a day
Public transportation or ridesharing is recommended
